Our customer survey results are in.
Earlier this year we invited people from a range of customer organisations to respond to our survey.
The results are now in and they show that we are viewed very highly across all of the questions asked, and 100% would recommend us to others.
“We are excited about the results for two reasons”, says Roger Hurst Company Director, “first it’s great to validate the hard work our dedicated team puts in to meeting our customers’ needs. Secondly, the responses have helped us identify opportunities to further enhance our service offering. Over the coming weeks we will be going back to our customers in key areas to explore how we can better match their needs. We are always grateful for feedback, and it’s even more rewarding when our people and processes are given such positive recognition.”
